Serum 26 is a supers game set in modern day. A powerful governmental agency, known in-game only as CEL, has been hard at work creating bio-weaponry under the guise of celestial defense. In reality they want what every cliche’ governmental agency wants: world domination. After decades of failure they have finally succeeded in the 26th strand of the Serum, making supers a reality.
