RPG Trader is a marketplace for all ages. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for creators and players.
This policy outlines what content is not allowed on the platform and how we enforce these standards.

1. Prohibited content
The following types of content are not permitted on RPG Trader:
Hate speech and discriminatory content
Content that promotes or includes hateful, abusive, or discriminatory language or behaviour toward individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability, is not allowed on RPG Trader.
We use automated word recognition to detect and block offensive language commonly associated with harassment or prejudice.
While in-product content cannot be scanned in the same way, if hate speech or discriminatory content is found inside a product, it will be removed from the platform. Repeated offences may result in the author being removed and/or blocked from the site.
Products containing extremist, hate-group, or similarly sensitive imagery may be published where the content is clearly educational, historical, critical, or anti-hate in nature, but may be required to use less confronting imagery on the site.
If you feel your text is being flagged inaccurately, or you’re using a reclaimed term in a legitimate context, please contact support@rpg-trader.com with the content in question and we’ll have a look at it.
Sexual images and nudity
RPG Trader permits products that contain sexual themes, nudity, or explicit content within their downloadable content.
Products containing this type of content must be labelled ‘NSFW’ in the Audience & content taxonomy so that buyers can make informed decisions before viewing or purchasing them. This is just a label and does not impact visibility.
However, images displayed directly on RPG Trader must not contain explicit sexual content, pornography, or nudity.
This restriction applies to all images visible on the platform, including product covers, gallery images, previews, creator profiles, banners, and other uploaded artwork.
Images uploaded to the platform are automatically scanned, and content containing nudity or other unsafe material may be blocked.
Classical artwork and other legitimate artistic, historical, or educational depictions of nudity may be exempt from this restriction at our discretion.
Drug use and graphic violence
RPG Trader permits products that contain graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, torture, cannibalism, or depictions of illicit drug use within their downloadable content.
Products containing images or text that include graphic violence, gore, or explicit depictions of illicit drug use must be labelled ‘NSFW’ in the Audience & content taxonomy so that buyers can make informed decisions before viewing or purchasing them. This is just a label and does not impact visibility.

Child safety
Any content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
RPG Trader enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Such content is blocked at the domain level and will be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
Harassment and abusive behaviour
Content that targets, threatens, or harasses others is not permitted. This includes abusive reviews, personal attacks, or attempts to intimidate other users. This kind of content will be removed on site, and the offenders may be removed and/or blocked from the platform.
2. Enforcement
We use a combination of automated systems and manual review to enforce this policy.
This may include:
- Blocking content at the point of submission
- Removing content after publication
- Suspending or restricting accounts
- Escalating serious violations where required
3. Reporting content
If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy, please report it or contact us at: support@rpg-trader.com, or use the flag feature on products, reviews, and discussions.
We review all reports and take appropriate action.
4. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
