Now there’s a definite opening date, I was wondering whether to set up an opening sale for my products. Before I do, I thought I’d ask if there were any plans for a site-wide one, or whether its something creators should do themselves.
(I guess it would be a great excuse to learn the sales interface for the future…)
We’re still deciding about an opening day sale, but there’s a good chance we’ll add one. Creators can opt out of being included in site-wide sales from the Promotions page.
We’ll announce about that later this week!
Either way, getting used to the sales interface is always a helpful thing to do 
I’ll be needing to set up a KiwiRPG week sale at some stage anyway, so I will have excuses
We just went ahead and added an opening sale - 20% off everything until the end of the first week.
We’ll email creators this week to make sure they’re all aware, and that they know they can opt out of it if they like.
