Hi there, I’ve changed the image for my avatar, but it looks like it’s no longer visible, and the social media links are broken.
I just fixed this for your profile - the avatar image you uploaded was breaking the social media image encoding in some way, so I re-exported your image and it worked. I remember the same thing happened with your previous avatar, so it might be something to do with the way you’re encoding your images. I’ll see if it’s something we need to work around on our side.
Either way, this is resolved for you now!
Thanks, I’m using Affinity to export into .png, so I wonder if there is some option on that I need to click or unclick. If you tell me what you did to re-export, maybe I can follow that next time?
I just used Preview on macOS, so very basic. I’ll dig into the encoding for the social media image and see if there’s something else we need to account for in some images.
