That’s up to the seller to decide, but it is common to include a TXT of PDF file in the downloads (either as a separate file, or have it all inside a single ZIP file) that includes your commercial use terms. I would like you to add a required TAG set to any item in the STOCK tagged set, so that if someone marks something as Stock they have to also tag a licence set. Also, can you add a way to flag items as being in the wrong TAG set? There are items in “Stock” which are games and not stock art items.
