Buyers download files from the Files section. The main listing image comes from Basic info.
Cover and gallery images

In Basic info, upload the primary image shoppers see on cards and the product page. While any image will wotk, for best results, it is recommended you make this a 1:1 square image with a minimum size of 1000 x 1000px.

Use a clear image. Supported types include common web formats such as PNG, JPEG, and WebP.

You can reorder the gallery images once they are uploaded. The primary image will always show first on your product page.
Digital downloads

In Files, add the files your buyers will download.

Files upload straight to storage from your browser. Wait for each upload to finish before you leave the page.

You can add or remove files later. Removing a means your buyers can no longer download it.
Types that usually work

PDF for rulebooks and adventures.

ZIP for bundles (maps, handouts, VTT assets).

Images when a download is meant as an image file.

Other file types as needed, depending on the nature of your product.
Types that are blocked

The wizard rejects executables, installers, shell scripts, HTML, and similar risky formats.

If a file is rejected, it’s best to package the content in a ZIP file instead.
Tips

Prefer UTF-8 file names without odd characters when possible.

Large files may take longer. Keep the tab open until upload completes.
