On your Earnings page, you can track your earnings and request manual or scheduled payouts via bank transfer or PayPal.
Earnings balances

Pending: Not yet available for withdrawal - earnings are available for withdrawal 14 days after the purchase is made.

Available: The amount you have available for withdrawal.

Processing: Payout requests that are underway.

Paid: Earnings already paid out.
Tax info
In order to receive payouts, you need to provide basic tax info and enable at least one payout method.
- For individuals, your tax info is your legal name and tax residency country.
- Businesses must also provide their business tax ID and company registration numbers if they have them.
- You also need to agree to the RPG Trader seller agreement.
Payout methods
RPG Trader has two options for receiving payouts: Bank transfer and PayPal.
Bank transfer
Bank transfers are powered by Airwallex.
In order to start receiving bank transfer payouts, you need to add your bank account details. If your country is not available in the dropdown, it means bank transfer payouts are not supported in your country yet.
PayPal
Payouts can be made into your PayPal account.
In order to start using PayPal for payouts, you need to provide a valid PayPal account email address.
Request and schedule payouts
Once you have filled in your tax info and enabled at least one payout method, you can request manual payouts. Payouts are paid from your available balance, and must be a minimum of $10.
All payouts are processed and sent within 48 hours. You can only submit one payout request per 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit your payout request, and when it has been successfully processed.
Payouts can be scheduled to run on a weekly, biweekly (every 2 weeks), or monthly schedule, starting on a date you select.
You can also set payouts to happen when your available balance meets an amount that you specify.
You can only select a scheduled payout for payout method once you have successfully completed at least one manual payout using it.
Scheduled payout requests always happen at 00:00 UTC on their scheduled day.
Your payout history is shown in a table at the bottom of the page. If you need to contact support about a payout, please provide the payout ID from this table.
You can use your available seller earnings to purchase products even without setting a payout method here.
