The year 2025 is coming to an end. Dickie Draper, an immensely wealthy and well-connected arms dealer, has been in negotiation with what he thinks are representatives of one of the lesser-known South American drug cartels. He wants to sell arms to the group – he doesn’t care what they do. They are offering gold (and cash) in exchange. They also say they have some lovely art objects which Draper and his group may covet. Jolly good deal for all involved.
