The platform sometimes runs site-wide sales or coupons. You choose whether your catalog may be included.
Open Promotions

Go to Dashboard then Promotions.

Find the Site-wide promotions section.
Set your preferences

Include my products in site-wide sales: leave checked to allow your catalog in those events, or clear it to opt out.

Include my products in site-wide coupons: same idea for coupon-based campaigns.

Save when the page shows a save action. Wait for a success toast.
How this differs from your own sales

Your Sales & coupons section is fully under your control. See Running sales and coupons.

Site-wide blocks only affect platform-run programs that respect these flags.
